Second stay here.
Love the location, the rooms are spacious and clean. Great bathroom facilities. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff.
Would be good for the hotel bar area to be open more regularly on an evening. Was closed for 2 of the evenings during my 4 night stay. It’s a lovely place to wind down with family at the end of the day.

Clean and in a great location.
The room was so very very hot. We turned the heating off, and the window open… we still slept with no covers…. It was so hot!!! (It was February) the air con didn’t come on… there had to be something wrong. Both rooms were the same. SWEATING!!! lol.

Location very good for transport links right opposite train/bus station. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast was good , but waws veery busy on a weekend. Breakfast had a good variety. But some items were missing and not replenished.
Before my stay i did email the hotel for some advice and have to say they responded very quickly and were helpful.
Bed was extremely comfortable.
While i don't speak German i found that most people in hospitality do . A couple times i tried to ask for something at reception and i found them to be very short and quite rude to me. Would of been useful if there was some channels on TV in English.
