    The location was great to be able to see different neighborhoods by foot. Rooms are nice and decent size for Paris standards.

    Hotel room was much more spacious than many other Paris hotels I stayed at during my 2 week trip. The air conditioning was better than any other air conditioning I experienced in France and it was central air, not a wall mount. It was a saviour in 36C degree heat!

    I spent 4 days here. I’m usually not a difficult guest, but unfortunately I experienced many issues during my stay, so it’s hard for me to understand the very high ratings of this hotel. The room was clean and cozy, which was probably the best part of my experience. The decoration of the room was nice. It was small, but quite enough for one person. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were really small, old, and uncomfortable. On my first night, when I got back to my room, I found more than 20 ants on my bed. One of the guys at the reception was really kind, always smiling and trying to help. However, the other one did not even respond to my “good mornings,” which felt a bit strange. The elevator was broken during my stay. They told me it would be fixed on the same day I arrived, but it never was. They also said the Wi-Fi was not working, and the cellular signal in my room was poor as well. Additionally, bottled water was not complimentary. I think at least one bottle of water per day should be included.
