The swimming pool, the facilities in the grounds for kids to play, the restaurant and the family friendly rooms.

Tarquin was exceptional. He explained, clearly about the food and wine, and was very knowledgeable. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was also great.
Small niggle, not notified that the pool was out of commission for the first night.

Breakfast was excellent
The room was too hot and we couldn't turn the aircon down. The bed was uncomfortable and after a couple of hours we woke and felt as thought the matress was on fire. Did they use plastic sheets to cover the matress? most uncomfortable.
