Comfort in the Heart of Vieux Port

The location in the heart of Vieux Port was outstanding. Its proximity to major sights and public transportation was great. There are so many restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful. I especially want to thank Hanan for her friendliness and assistance. She is a top notch employee! The bed was very comfortable. The shower had great pressure and hot water supply. The breakfast was very satisfying.

The room was on the small side, but was very clean and comfortable. It was okay for me as a single person. It would have been cramped if there had been two people.

Cozy bed and window with a nice view, quiet at night. Friendly staffs and best rooftop ever.

I found hairs on my room floor. No any hook in the shower room it’s quite inconvenience. No tissue except toilet roll in the room.

Perfect for a short stay in the old port

Ideal location for the old port. Air con in room was fantastic, shower worked well and bed was comfy. Breakfast was a great deal with plenty of options - fruits, cakes, pastries, cheese, homemade yoghurts etc and good coffee. The roof terrace had amazing views and although the bar was closed when we were there, you could buy a drink from te rotini and get the lift up.

A bit dated, especially the bathroom. My room was small but tbh you won’t be wanting to spend loads of time in it other than to sleep. It would’ve been good to have net curtains as the window looked directly into other properties so the curtain stayed closed

Nice little hotel by the old port of Marseille

Loved the location. Very ideal and safe. It's by the old port with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The area is lively and fun and safe. The starting point of the little tourist train is beside the hotel. Le Panier, the old district, is very close and can be reached in a few minutes. There is metro access with elevators for heavy luggage.

Great location

The location was perfect. Easy to get into centre, all restaurants along the marina and public transport all close by. The staff were all helpful - on the reception and in the breakfast room. Breakfast was good too.

We knew the room would be basic, but to get one small pillow each and one thin towel was not what w expected. We had been drawn to the hotel for its location and roof top bar with view, sadly there was a private event the night we stayed so could not make use of the bar - very disappointing.

Great Value

I was pleasantly surprised. This is a great deal. While the hotel is very basic and a little dated - it is in a fantastic location, is comfortable, the staff is great and the rooftop bar is fantastic. I would stay here again and frankly was more comfortable than at places I have spent 3x the money.

There is a delay in the lights when using the stairs.

Handy spot for harbour in a small room

Fantastic spot right near harbour with views from bedroom. Rooms very hot even in April so not sure how it would be in summer. Had windows open but noisy and mosquitoes.

The room we had on the first floor was totally inadequate, space-wise, for two average size adults. The air con was weak and access to the bed was cramped.

there is no free parking at days but you can park on the streets at night freely. you should not leave valuable things in the car. and also roof top guy (bartender) is very rude and irreverent.

Perfect location with rooftop

The location is perfect. The roofbar is amazing. You can easily get burger or pizza around the hotel and eat at the top with enormous view. The f/p is very good. And 24 h reception makes it safe.

Spectacular view of the old port

We had the chamber de Ciel, and it was a private room at the very top of the building with the BEST view in the city!

Like most euro hotel rooms there's not a lot of room to unpack, the size of showers are not what Aussies are used to but that's Europe.

The hotel is in a great location right by the port with lots of restaurants. Easy to walk to the old town and the tourist bus and train stops were close by. Despite its central location the rooms were quiet. There is a lovely roof top bar.

The standard rooms were very small - but OK if you aren't planning to spend a long time in them

Unbeatable

Everything was amazing - from the warm welcome at the reception, to the way they noticed I was bringing some pizza for dinner and offered napkins! The bed was super comfortable, the room and bathroom modern and every possible thing needed was there. Also loved the view from my room and the rooftop. Thank you for everything.
