Setting, building, and grounds are beautiful. Food: bistro restaurant was delicious, breakfast spread is fantastic. Pool and spa areas are high end. Comfy bed. Reception staff always friendly & helpful. Spa treatments were amazing. Wine Tasting was good (Ana).
Deluxe Room (Aloha) was large but the furnishings felt closer to AirBnB than a luxury five star hotel (cheap chair / scratched up table / pleather sofa). Open bathroom, no privacy. No light switches - weird control panels, hard to use at night. It's personal taste. Poolside & bistro service was slow & basic.

The room in the new building was out of this world, beautiful furnishings to a high standard, the shower was really powerful and floor to cieling windows looked out on to the beatifully manicured garden.
Mini bar wasnt re stocked every day. Long wait for room service, not enough bottled water in rooms, only 2 small cartons of water.

The room in the old part requires updating. The multilight accessory switch was a nightmare to work. Not all buttons worked, some covered in tape. Aircon in the dressing room couldn’t be turned off making it difficult to sleep at night. Shower takes a very long time before the hot water arrives. We have been twice before. Now you have to reserve and pay for a sunbed by the pool. We were not informed . All beds were reserved. We were given two beds at the rear and noted none of the beds in front were used
