Gorgeous property - situated on the outskirts of Montpellier but you feel a million miles away from a city. Beautiful grounds and the hotel is very impressive in terms of decor, comfort and amenities. The staff were very accommodating and the food was superb in both restaurants.

The property is exceptional and it is in lovely surroundings. The pool is beautiful and the rooms are pretty perfect.
The issue was that the staff seem out of their depth and dinner on the first night was so bad that we never ate in the restaurant again.
The air con could also be better.

Not much to like.
Very disappointing, the place was a construction site, no mention of this on their website. The Spa had no underwater jets.
Most of the Staff were totally untrained. We asked two small things of the Concierge when we arrived. One was to have some ice delivered to our room, the other was to book us in for dinner for our 2 night stay. 30 minutes after arriving at our room I walked back to Reception ( I was unable to contact them by phone) to enquire about our ice. I was told "Sorry, my colleague must have forgotten". When we arrived at the restaurant for dinner that night we were told "Sorry, there is no reservation for you, and the restaurant is fully booked". The restaurant manager appeared totally uninterested in our plight. Luckily we found a staff member who we had met earlier who managed to arrange a table for us. Definitely not up to Relais and Chateaux standard!
