Dorsett Wanchai, Hong Kong

This place was amazing. I really loved the location, food, hotel and the staff here were the best I've ever had. They also have a shuttle bus that takes you to certain places to help you get around or there is a tram stop right outside. We went for my daughters birthday and they even had their staff get us a cake, sing happy birthday and had a little present. It was a dream stay so thank you so much.

Nothing that I could change so far as we had a really good experience

The breakfast bar was exceptional with a wide range of foods available except for a gluten free bread option. However, I took my own gf bread and the staff offered to have it toasted for me. There was plenty of staff in the room who were very polite and helpful. There was a small but good gym, which was very clean and air conditioned. There were laundry facilities for people to do self laundering as well as a hotel laundered clothing. My room had a small fold down ironing board and iron which were really useful as well as a hair dryer. The bed was comfortable and frsh linen was on offer each day.

There appeared to be no European food options for the lunch or dinner menus in the restaurant. The bar area was a very small area near the reception.

Very good service from the staff at reception, also the excellent team of gents arranging transport and getting our luggage to the room. We were upgraded and staff also helped us get settled very quick and comfortable.

We took a quick walk around the hotel and no eateries nor convenient stores. Had to take the passway in front of the hotel in order to get across hotel and then walk for about 10 minutes to reach Times Square.

The rooms are noisy, whole night with car noise non stop. The worst is the breakfast, nothing was good. A bad experience, we won’t come back to this hotel any more. Is the worst choice I chosen in hong kong in years
