Great location, spacious room, great breakfast selection, pleasant staff
Communication around closure of the swimming pool could have been better. It was closed due to thunderstorm warnings and weren't notified until we tried to enter. Prewarning would be ideal (especially as we'd purposely booked the hotel as it had a pool). Also think the lifts were often full or extremely slow so you couldn't go anywhere in a hurry, be prepared to wait.

Our favorite hotel in Hong Kong. This time we got a smaller room that we usually get... curious, but we still loved it. The swimming pool was amazing as usual, and no thunderstorms this time! Staff are helpful, multilingual and very nice.

Great location, booked a classic suite so was nice to have the extra space. Loved the food hall downstairs and breakfast selection was great.
There were no international plugs or lightning ports to plug in chargers and appliances. The bed was extremely hard and the light switches didn’t turn on all of the lights.
