Excellent location in the heart of Paris, very close to the metro and within walking distance to many attractions, cafes and restaurants. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful throughout the stay. The room was comfortable and the hotel had a nice Parisian atmosphere.

We had to ask to change rooms because the first room was very shabby and two star.
We did move after one night to a much better room in a renovated part of the hotel . It was more comfortable.
The older man at reception was abrupt and unfriendly to communicate with. We were a problem to him when we asked for a better room which we had paid for. We didn’t feel welcome at all as a valued guest. No conversation to welcome us, talk about the area etc. i would not recommend the hotel.
