Great location, Large car park

The bed was very hard. The pillows were like small partially stuffed scatter cushions. Once arrived the room wasn’t serviced at all for the 4 nights I spent there. Had to go to reception everyday to get clean towels. Couldn’t use the towels twice as they were so worn and thin. One towel wasn’t enough to dry after a shower. The hotel has some energy efficient shower heads, which puts out a mist and takes three times as long to wash, so probably uses more water overall. Reception was only open odd hours according to the note on the door, But wasn’t even open for those hours. I’ve stayed here a few times before but standards have really dropped. I’d use this hotel again as a last resort if all other hotels were fully booked.

The smell of smokers still permeates the place. Why do people still think it's acceptable to smoke in these rooms. There are always so many smokers lingering around the place. Feels like I'm a baddie in Kevin Costner movie!! 😆 Staff are great though! Id give them 11/10 if I could 👍👍👍

Old fashioned , smelly room. Smelt like cigarettes, basic and needed new furnishings. Told them I had a 3 year old so they gave us a room with a bunk bed for 6 years and above.

Convenient location if travelling through by car, beds not bad

Room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, only one towel despite booking for 2, not completely clean in the bedroom (though bathroom was fine), soap left out of the dispenser, tiny shower.

on thinking, we found a wet floor which is not well cleaned with a horrible smell coming out from the bathroom, there were no pillows for the second bed, and we had to ask for that, no towels at all for the whole 2 days, no soap to clean except shower gel. We found bread crumbs on the single bed, and we had to ask them to change it. me My wife and I after one day we started to have itchy skin, second day a red spots appeared out which means the bed had a bed mites (not clean)

I like the big standard Premier Classe offering if it all in good condition & working as was this PC. Staff friendly & helpful. Good breakfast & early 06.30am

Convenient. All amenities in your own pod. No sharing of toilets or showers.

Ideal for an overnight stop on way to Calais. Seemed very safe . Nice and quiet while we were there.

A kettle to make tea and coffee would be good.

Good value for money and with these hotels you know it will be basic but air con was great on a hot day. Also next to a Campanile so I went there for dinner. Good location and less than an hour to Calais

Access was easy and the room was on the ground floor.

It was a bit cramped.

Good location, decent room, good shower. Plenty of parking and a good breakfast. Able to eat evening meal next door and got a discount. Not too far into Bethune which is an interesting town

Heater was on in the room when we got there. We turned it off but as it was May it was unnecessary for it to have been on. Also the heater wasn't fixed properly to the wall.

Some of our rooms had a very strong tobacco smoke smell.

Great location for a stopover, just off the autoroute. Clean and efficient. Comfort levels are what you expect for the price. Shower/bathroom was compact and bijoux.

Cheap very basic motel type accomodation. Everything worked in the room. Not noisy at night. Take note that you have to drive through another hotel's carpark to get to this one (we weren't the only people who were confused and went to reception at the wrong hotel!)

Conveniently close to motorway. Cheap overnight stop. Very helpful staff. Clean. Free parking.

Despite staying in these hotels many times I still bang my head on the bunk above the bed. Wish they had some rooms without the bunk.
