Appartement pas très grand mais fonctionnel dans une résidence calme Le vrai + c'est l'emplacement idéal Par contre pour se garer c'est extrêmement compliqué

Le ménage avait était fait tres succinctement il a fallu tout nettoyer (surfaces et sols) malgré la facturation honereuse de celui ci. Stationnement très difficile à proximité. Immeuble bien placé. Supermarché et plage à proximité. Autre bémol pour une piscine chauffée elle était gelée !
