Wir sind häufig dort - immer für 1-3 Nächte, wenn wir meine Oma besuchen :)
Wir lieben die Lage, den Ausblick, den Zugang zum See, den Balkon, die Größe des Zimmers, das sehr gut ausgewählte Frühstücksbuffet, die Ruhe, den weitläufigen Sauna-Bereich und das große Bad ... die Natur und die Gegend ... schön zum Spazieren gehen. Im Zimmer ist ein Wasserkocher & Kaffee/Tee-Zubehör, außerdem gibt es viel Platz für Koffer, Kleidung und diverses.
Das Personal ist einfach auch immer sehr freundlich und zugewandt
Leider sind wir nicht so große Fans der Betten. Wir finden sie etwas zu weich und sie rutschen auch immer etwas auseinander bei normaler Schlafnutzung.
Das ist aber sehr individuell zu beurteilen.
Außerdem passt der Fön nicht zum Standard des Zimmers. Es handelt sich um einen langsamen und schwachen Fön, der an der Wand montiert ist. Hier wäre ein moderner, starker Fön, der individuell zu handhaben ist (nicht an Wand montiert) angebrachter.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit aufmerksamem Personal und gutem Wellnessbereich direkt am See
Ruhebereich der Sauna zu klein. Liegen wurden reserviert, wodurch Gäste in den Wintergarten ausweichen mussten. Dadurch wurde die Stimmung im Wintergarten jedoch gedrückt. Geräusche waren nicht erwünscht.

The staff was accommodating to my mom's special needs. Everybody went out of their way to assist us. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Especially the fried eggs!
