It’s in a great location. Central
The rooms are a little small @ the o e we got had a shared toilet.

Very conveniently sited, friendly staff.
Only thing to be aware of is that it’s up on the 5th/6th floor so has very minimal frontage.

The location was excellent as was the customer service! We were contacted prior to our arrival and, in addition to receiving transportation passes, we were told specific directions how to find the hotel once getting off the tram.
It would have been nice if coffee was available; this was especially noticed as our first morning was on a Sunday and NOTHING was open nearby to get coffee for quite some time.
