The pool was great, the room was great especially the spa bath, and breakfast was great. We had one meal at the Aluco restaurant and it was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and organised throughout our stay.
Not alot really. It might have been a bit further out of town than we thought it looked on the map, but the shuttle bus service was excellent, so that we didn't really notice it.

Beautiful spacious villas and hugley impressive lagoon pool. Clean accommodation and lovely bar and restaurant. Breakfast buffet and room service a little average and limited for a 5 star experience but still pleasant. We would def stay again.
Room service availability was limited being unable to walk to the main town for snacks and room service food in general was quite average and plain for a 5 star resort. Was hoping for more cocktails, mocktails to add to the island getaway experience and fancier food options.

The size of our three bedroom villa. Access to the front desk, breakfast, pool and transport (albeit pricey transport).
It feels a little dated, the staff weren't overly helpful or professional, the villa wasn't super clean (the floor was dirty and some cushions were stained) , the pool wasn't heated. All of these were expectations given the high price we paid.

Pool area nice and well maintained but room was dated and very tired. Also location of room was not as made to believe. Friendly enough staff but no where near the 5 star advertised
Room - old and tired and not everything updated each day. Stingy on the pool towels as well. Hardly 5 star
