The service provided by this hotel was unacceptable. Every time we tried to call for assistance or clarification, our calls either went unanswered or we received very little help. In addition, there was an issue with one of our reservations due to an incorrect date. What was particularly frustrating was that we noticed the mistake almost immediately, within approximately five minutes of making the booking, and contacted the hotel straight away to request a simple date modification. We never asked for a cancellation or a refund and were fully prepared to pay any additional charges associated with changing the dates. However, the hotel refused to make any modification. Responsibility was repeatedly shifted to Agoda, while Agoda confirmed that the modification requests were being sent correctly and that it was the hotel that kept rejecting them. In my opinion, when a mistake is identified within minutes of making a reservation, there should be at least some flexibility and willingness to assist the guest. As a result, the cost of an entire reservation was lost, despite the fact that we were staying in several other rooms at the same property. What makes the situation even more disappointing is that the hotel could have earned additional revenue by accommodating the date change, yet chose to reject every attempt to resolve the issue. The housekeeping service was also disappointing. We repeatedly had to ask for the room to be cleaned instead of it being done consistently and proactively. Furthermore, our room did not have a refrigerator. In my opinion, a refrigerator is a basic necessity in a hotel room rather than an optional extra. It is essential for storing water, food, and even medication that requires refrigeration. The absence of a refrigerator was a significant inconvenience during our stay. Overall, our experience did not live up to the expectations created by the property's description and reviews, and unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

stayed for 14 days and the staff were friendly especially veronica and there were really good, parking slot needs to be paid in advanced nearby slot is available which cost 500 Kr per for 7 days

The location is right by the station and shopping mall. Rooms were clean and quiet.
