The location is perfect for visiting Disney. Facilities like indoor pool were appreciated, as well as nice breakfast with lots of variety. The rooms are a bit outdated with retro vibe, but clean.

Amazing location if going to Disneyland and DisneySea. Right across from the monorail and they even have a bus to the monorail if you don't want to walk 150m. You can also exit DisneySea at the back which is right across from the hotel. Facilities are great if you have kids and rooms are spacious with comfy beds. Great ocean views where you can see Mount Fuji on a clear day and you can get a bus direct from the hotel to the airport. Great value compared to some other hotels that are right nearby.

Good to stay with handicapped kids.

The carpet is disgusting through the property. Every carpeted area of the hotel smelled like a dirty bowling alley carpet.
