Perfect for a weary traveler!

Beautiful and peaceful location close to two towns I wanted to visit! Excellent value for money with a great restaurant! I had a perfect double room with lots of space with a large bathroom and a good spacious shower cubicle! Everything I could have wanted at a great price… Very friendly staff and a good meal!

The establishment was exceptionally clean, great food and a nice bar.

The room was a great size. The dinner and breakfast was excellent. The people were very friendly.

The first night I could constantly hear people down stairs until around 1 or 2 am. Our first night there some one hit our rental car in the parking lot and did not leave a note. We asked the front desk clerk to check the cameras but was told none of the cameras faced the parking lot. Also I did not like having to go outside my room to use the bathroom. I prefer to have my bathroom located inside my private room.

We plan to come back

The staff was really friendly. We brought our little dog with us and the staff was really nice with him: they told us we could bring our dog with us while eating at the restaurant, and when we brought him they gave him food and water :) The rooms are really well cleaned. The rooms are big and quiet. Even if our bathroom was outside the room, we could enjoy a bathroom sink in the room! The restaurant was really nice to try German specialities, but be aware that the portions are quite important. We couldn't finish our dishes because we ordered too much food. Hopefully, we asked the waitress if we could de-order the dessert (which is something not polite at all), and she told us that this was not a problem at all, she was really comprehensive.

The bed is really soft and because I have a back problem I couldn't sleep well. It depends on the taste :)

Het ontbijt is prima geregeld, wel wat aan de prijs (15 Euro per persoon). Personeel is heel aardig en behulpzaam.

Het bed is erg basic, weinig comfortabel. Hoofdkussen waardeloos. Geen extra dekbedden in de kamer. Basic en sobere inrichting. Gehorig.

Leuke locatie in de school. Kamer was prima, badkamer heerlijk groot. Ontbijt was gemiddeld. Aanbod van drankjes in hal was een leuke extra .

Het enige wat ik miste was een waterkoker op de kamer met thee en koffie mogelijkheden. Maar ik begrijp dat daar tegenwoordig wat gedoe over is omdat mensen het voor hele andere dingen gebruiken.

Schöne Tage in Nierswalde...

Freundliches Personal, war schon das dritte Mal dort , zum Urlaub und Radfahren in der Region und im Nachbarland den Niederlanden. Gemütliches Haus und schöne Sonnenterasse. Guter Kuchen und leckeres Abendessen. Ist sehr zu empfehlen.
