Received very impersonal service during check-in and check -out (her name tag said she was an intern).
Nothing was explained.
If you booked a 4-person room, you pay tourist tax for 4 people; we were 2 people, she refused to explain it, and you had to pay for 4 people, she said ,no pay no stay
The swimming pool is constantly rented out, meaning you as a guest can make very little use of it, and the water is so cold that it is unpleasant to go swimming. (Meeted several guests with the same opinion).
Room cleaning is very poor; the toilet and shower area stink.
They constantly forget to replenish towels and toilet paper, and to put your "do not disturb" card back.
The room smells very musty.
You can hear a lot of noise in the room from outside, the cleaners, and the neighbors.
They are not friendly and not helpful.
Location is a positive point.

We waren hier voor ons jubileum en we hadden het super leuk hier door alle mogelijke faciliteiten. Het personeel was ook super lief!

I wasn’t expecting anything in this hotel since if you see the picture its quite old hotel but when i was there its like i got an upgrade. The room is so modern with a nespresso coffee machine and not so smart tv ( coz i cannot log in or do screen mirroring for my Netflix) but what you see in agoda pictures is not the same, its wayyy better.
May be agoda need to upgrade the picture about this hotel.
Overall i was impressed.
