    A great place to stay. Only a 10 minute walk to the centre. Has an underground carpark where we left our motorbikes which is very secure. Nice staff too.

    The price was okay. Room can be acceptable but the bathroom was terrible, got very slow shower, narrow bath door. The staff are terrible, especially at the moment I went check out at 2nd of Nov 2024 around 10.15 am, the young lady at shift morning as receptionist was very very unfriendly. I don't understand why those kind of person was accepted to working in the front (receptionist). She didn't say "hello, good morning etc" just showed her grumpy face. I said " good morning and I going to check out, she said okay, out the key in the box. That was all! Where is hospitality? Also at the moment I wanted to check in, I was much to early come there, and the other lady shift said you can check in at 3 o'clock and I fully understand that rule. So decided to go to the city, walked around and at 15 minutes before 3 pm I was already at the hotel again. I saw there were 4 of 5 staffs stand behind the receptionist table. I went to the sofa and waiting until 3 o'clock and 10 past 3 o'clock I went to the receptionist to ask that I was there in the morning and I booked a room via agoda. And the receptionist said you need to wait at least 30 minutes. Bcoz the room is not yet ready. 😠 I would not come back to these hotel again, even with cheap money. I would never ever recommend these hotel to anyone that I know.

    I stayed only for one night. It is small property. 15-20 minutes walk from the central station. Also accessible by tram with some walking. The rooms are compact but with all basic facilities. Nothing fancy. It is a budget business hotel. Very basic. Breakfast was decent. Check in and check out were swift. Nothing to complain. Property was clean and tidy.
