A few things we could’ve done with tea towel, oven mitt, shower head unit doesn’t go up and down We also had a very strong smell of gas in the hall way of the property but other than that are stay was good

le Mont Dore is a lovely town and well worth a visit.

The kitchen and bathroom were new and well fitted out.

Obtaining and returning key was awkward. The table cloth needs replacing. The step down from the bedroom is dangerous and caused a fall in the half light.

Appartment ideally located in the center of the city and close the walking footpaths, spacious and well equiped. No private parking but space available in the street in front of residence.

Appartment on the 2nd floor without a lift, the little traffic there was in the street was audible from front the bedroom.

Appartement vétuste à rénover au 3ème étage sans ascenseur

L' emplacement, appareils ménagers ,chauffage et eau chaude pour les 10 que nous étions. Catherine est dévouée

Appartement n°6 Les équipements indiqués sur l'annonce ne correspondent pas: Indiqué insonorisé mais ne l' est pas. Avec coffre fort, il n y en a pas dans l 'appartement Pas suffisamment de rangements seule 1 petite armoire dans une chambre; La vétusté de l' appartement: (électricité à rénover ainsi que la plomberie, tuyau d'évacuation soutenu par une cale de bois sous le lavabo de la chambre, ) Pas facile de se raser ou se maquiller sans miroir dans la chambre avec lavabo où un étendoir cassé est rangé.. Vétusté du mobilier : Matelas de mauvaise qualité sur lit superposé, sentiment de dormir sur une planche.. (canapés usagés et sales ,des chaises branlantes) Appartement situé au 3ème étage , escalier difficile à monter surtout avec des bagages Une rénovation de cet appartement s'impose.

Le logement est sale voire insalubre ! Appartement 5 en duplex. Aucune finition dans l’appartement. Il manque vraiment d’ustensiles. Impossible de prendre une douche chaude le soir en rentrant du ski ( 3 petites douches possibles pour 7 personnes dans le logement) Le propriétaire sait envoyer un sms pour donner son RIB pour les draps ( option) mais ne sait pas répondre au sms pour dire qu’il n’y a pas d’eau chaude. Housse de couette et canapé sales, tachés… Trous dans les murs

Le logement était sale , il manquait des équipements, la télé dans la chambre ne marche pas, le radiateur dans une chambre n a pas de bouton thermostat pour l allumer, heureusement que mon beau frère avait une pince pour pouvoir l allumer, il n y a pas de prise électrique dans les salles de bain pour brancher un sèche cheveux, il n y à pas non plus de système d alarme en cas d incendie. Nous avons fait plusieurs appartements dans cet établissement et celui ci était le pire .

Bien dans l'ensemble.

Bien situé sur Mont Dore. L'appartement est spacieux au niveau de la cuisine et du salon et relativement bien équipé.

Au niveau de la chambre parentale, il faut enjamber une grosse poutre de la charpente. Il faut être assis pour ce regarder dans le miroir de la chambre parentale. Je ne conseille pas le kit draps au prix de 15 euros pièce qui a déjà bien vécu car troué et qui sent mauvais. Certains meubles étaient en fin de vie. Je pense que l'appartement aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement.
