exeptional food, breakfast and dinner were in a top dinning restaurants level, an amazing selection and quality. The staff was professional, kind and take care of any need and question with a smile and efficiency. Although the hotel was in full capacity, it was not feel like that, we had a space for ourselfs and enjoyed every minute.

My room was exceptionally clean. Strong WiFi connection Excellent range of soft & firm pillows. Welcome complimentary wine & water. Complimentary mini espresso maker Wonderful range of fresh, hot food for each meal time. Attentive and courteous staff. Strong floor management during busy meal times to promptly assist with seating.

Cleanliness of glasses at coffee maker No coffee available during meal times, unless purchased. 15 NIS for an espresso is expensive. Pedestrian gate to scuba dive centre were locked, had to climb over to get to the dive centre, risking injury. No option from Bookings.com to input discount voucher.

The breakfast was excellent; fresh and plentiful. The swimming pool area was lovely; large, spacious and beautiful. The pool was warm enough to swim in in December. The beds around the pool were comfortable. The hotel dinner on Friday night was excellent; really delicious meats and delicious salads and a wide selection of fantastic desserts. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and we felt very well taken care of. It was a great experience all around. I would highly recommend this hotel; its comfortable, the restaurant is excellent and the pool area and lounge/ bar area very tastily designed and great for relaxation, playing games and leisure time with the family. We didnt use the spa so we cant comment on that.

Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent. Dining room staff were helpful and courteous. Pool lovely.

Would like an earlier pool opening. During most of the day it is not possible to swim as it is full of kids. There is always a wait to get any service at reception. Our garden room (which was an upgrade) was close enough to the road to shake when the bulldozers were building outside. Fridge didn't work and the matter was not dealt with at the time. We left the complaint at reception, went out for the day and came back to find nothing had been done. So another request, a bit of a wait, and finally the fridge was replaced. Guests were smoking in the lounge (which was partly outside) but nevertheless not pleasant. As this happened on a couple of days running I assume the staff okayed it. The hotel was pretty full when we were there and breakfast was a noisy and fairly chaotic. Always a wait for coffee. Have to say that we have stayed at this hotel on quite a few occasions and have never found a cause for complaint before, so we were disappointed this time.
