Comfortable accommodation and welcome hospitality

The hotel is excellent by all standards, from the reception to the room to the breakfast and the service, the staff especially the kind Consu and polite Sefa . Thank you to them, they made our stay easier and provided us with our needs before we even asked for them. Because it is a resort , it is far from both the Çeşme center and Alacati, but there is a bus that stops right in front of the hotel and takes you to both directions and other destinations. The trip costs 60 Turkish Lira or less.

Not a five star hotel

The breakfast was awful, nothing tasted good or fresh. The staff didn’t speak English at all, which caused a lot of confusion whenever we called for service. This hotel is definitely not a five-star, and the location is in the middle of nowhere.

It was fine, definitely not 5 star.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The staff is the Spa were so polite and friendly. They were 10/10.

The bed was extremely hard. We actually woke up in pain the next morning. It was like sleeping on a plank. Even after they put an extra layer on top, it didn't make much difference. The place lacked the finishing touches. It was more like 4 star. Simple things like, no tea and coffee in the room. No tissues in the room. There was no fruit salad in the morning for breakfast. Just a fruit bowl with not so appealing fruit. Just not 5 star. There was a tray of dirty dishes sitting out side our room for nearly 3 days. No cushions or towels available for the sun loungers. I know it was out of season but they still should have been available. The bar food was terrible.

I had an amazing experience at Radisson Blu Çeşme! The hotel is beautifully located, comfortable, and spotless. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, making it a perfect place to relax. A special shoutout to Cansu Hanım, who was incredibly helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. Her friendliness and professionalism truly stood out.

Pretty average and definitely not value for money

The Spa was the highlight of the hotel.

Gym needs update half the machines are broken and about 80% + of the staff do not speak english. Cleaning staff where not great did not fill up the shampoo or give towels sometimes had to always ask

We like everything about the place I guess variety of dinner was great but it was not as much as it used to be.I remember in 2022 there were more options like red meat, bbq etc…

I loved my stay in Turkey but I wasn't too charmed by Radisson Spa hotel

Beach was great, breakfast was elaborate but not so much for those practicing vegan diet, such as myself. Entry hall was remodeled and furnished nice. Hair salon did a great job, I visited Cesme for a wedding and they did a great job with our hair. Hotel staff was super helpful with restaurant recommendation and coordinating our (never ending) need for a taxi. Cleaning staff as well as the restaurant staff were also very kind and friendly.

Staff was really friendly; bed sheets were really good and so was the quality of bed. Towels are dated. Pillows were way to big to be used. Facility is super dated and the minimal improvements that Radisson did wasn't good enough to justify accommodation cost. Carpets are everything is super old and this hotel is really due for proper room remodeling. Partial sea view means that you have to exit room to the balcony, and only then you see a piece of the sea. Not really what I thought I would be getting when I booked the room with the partial sea view. Coffee machines were of poor standard hence coffee drinking experience wasn't pleasant.

The Beach is really amazing 5 * (Five stare) Breakfast is average Pool seems excellent because I did not use it Gym is 2 * (two stare) . The equipment are old and the cardio one most of it are not working and the operating hours is really bad . Usually it should open early on the morning by 6 AM and close late by 10 PM and since no staff is present on the Gym they could have made access to it using the room card key and left it for longer hours

The food is almost here the same everyday 🙈.. they should do a maintenance on thier sinks it’s clogged. Water takes long time to drain, that’s all.
