After our disappointing experience in Montenegro with cold water, stones and poor service, arriving in Çeşme felt like paradise. The crystal-clear, warm turquoise sea was exactly what we had been dreaming of, and together with the incredible hospitality it made this one of our favourite hotel stays. The biggest thank you goes to the amazing team. A very special thank you to Dilek at Reception. She speaks Russian and truly made our stay effortless. She helped us with taxis, restaurant reservations and every little request, and surprised us with an upgrade to a stunning front sea view suite. Thanks to her, we extended our stay three times because we simply didn’t want to leave. We would also like to sincerely thank Özgün, Director of Operations, for his professionalism, attentiveness and genuine care. We also really appreciated the spa discount and the thoughtful gifts, which made us feel especially welcome. The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is ideally situated between Çeşme and Alaçatı, making it incredibly convenient to explore both towns. Both centres and their marinas are only about 10 minutes away by taxi, and there is also an inexpensive local bus that stops nearby. We found this location ideal because it offers a peaceful beachfront atmosphere while keeping everything within easy reach. The beach is beautiful, with soft sand and crystal-clear, warm water. The swimming pool is huge—one of the largest we’ve ever seen at a resort. The spa deserves a special mention. It is enormous—almost like an underground wellness village. It offers everything you could possibly need: several saunas, infrared rooms, steam rooms, jacuzzis, relaxation areas and even a mineral pool. We didn’t spend much time there because we preferred the beach, but we did try the massages, and they were excellent. But above all, what makes this hotel special is its people. Every single member of the team was smiling, welcoming and genuinely eager to help.

A few suggestions for improvement: • Housekeeping definitely needs attention. Unfortunately, the cleaning standard doesn’t match the level of this otherwise outstanding hotel. We already shared our feedback with the management and sincerely hope that housekeeping procedures will be reviewed, because this is the only aspect that felt below the hotel’s otherwise excellent standards. • Breakfast has a great variety, and we especially loved the freshly made omelettes and the delicious hot bread baked individually for guests. However, we believe the quality of some dishes could be improved. While the selection is quite extensive, several hot dishes were overly salty and rather heavy for breakfast. We would also love to see more options for international guests, such as porridge, better-quality sausages, turkey products and lighter breakfast choices. The variety is there, but improving the taste and quality of some dishes would make breakfast truly outstanding.

Restaurante bom (cafe da manha otimo quando hotel nao esta lotado), praia agradavel e com servico de bar (valor bem mais alto que fora do hotel), tivemos muitos problemas com nosso quarto na chegada (chegamos 00h e nao tinhamos camas suficientes, a extra que trouxeram estava quebrada...) mas apos diversas reclamacoes nosso caso foi bem solucionado.

limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, planejamento para receber os hóspedes foi pessimo, equipe não fala inglês, produtos do banheiro (como shampoo e sabonete nunca foram repostos).

Beach was great, breakfast was elaborate but not so much for those practicing vegan diet, such as myself. Entry hall was remodeled and furnished nice. Hair salon did a great job, I visited Cesme for a wedding and they did a great job with our hair. Hotel staff was super helpful with restaurant recommendation and coordinating our (never ending) need for a taxi. Cleaning staff as well as the restaurant staff were also very kind and friendly.

Staff was really friendly; bed sheets were really good and so was the quality of bed. Towels are dated. Pillows were way to big to be used. Facility is super dated and the minimal improvements that Radisson did wasn't good enough to justify accommodation cost. Carpets are everything is super old and this hotel is really due for proper room remodeling. Partial sea view means that you have to exit room to the balcony, and only then you see a piece of the sea. Not really what I thought I would be getting when I booked the room with the partial sea view. Coffee machines were of poor standard hence coffee drinking experience wasn't pleasant.
