    Loved the hotel, but due to the design the layout was confusing, you have to walk through the smelly carpark and a couple lifts if on a lower floor. But once in your room, very clean, little details thought of and best of all the staff are friendly and helpful

    We booked lake view 2bedroom through Agoda, somehow the hotel is receiving a booking as lakeside room. This caused us to the wrong room and wasted time to change to the right room, then what’s more surprising is that the towels might have not been changed from last customers, found couple of hairs on the towel when I needed to use it after shower, didn’t feel comtable and confident to use it after all, had to use my own face cloth to dry. The standard two bottles of water for the room is also missing, phone didn’t work, had to go to the reception and back couple of times to solved these problems. Overall, it’s just all very unnecessary stuff that wasted my time, which should have been done by the hotel itself. If these can be improved to make the experience as it should be, it would be a good place to stay. Room itself is beautiful, lake view room is also a great option if you want the views!

    Everything else is good, just car park is a bit disappointing, small and very hard in and out.
