Basic but clean affordable accommodation

Basic good value for money accommodation with easy access to the city. Room was clean, staff were friendly & good choice of food for breakfast next morning.

Shower was cold water only. Ok to have a quick body shower but not ideal for more than one night stay.

Clean basic and greet price for Dublin

Basic but clean. Exactly what you’d expect for the price. Very impressed with breakfast. Thought it would be just continental but it was hot buffet.

Lots of noisy students from abroad gathered outside until 1:30am but its student accommodation and you’d expect that

Can advice but with some issues

Really small bed, like in prison, and tiny pillow. Screaming seagull at the 3 am, so be ready to wake up. But really good location, affordable price, nice staff and testy breakfast included.

It was appropriately priced and easily accessible! The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. It was nice to have a bathroom within our room as well. Breakfast being included was excellent and had some great staples!

The water pressure was not the best. We were also miss lead by the operational hours of the Londi’s on campus. Not a huge deal as we found out way to the corner store, but as an example google and the sign on the Londi’s door stated they were open until 10pm on Mondays. We arrived to the store around 8:30pm and they were closed.

Comfy and practical but underequipped

It's student accomodation so basic but practical. Clean and comfy beds and nice bathroom. Convenient for airport. Checking staff very friendly and helpful and booked a taxi for us. Very pleasant campus setting.

The place is under equipped. There is a nice communal kitchen and they leave out tea coffee etc and 4 mugs. There is a cooker microwave kettle etc but no plates, bowls cutlery (apart from 4 spoons) or cooking equipment. When it is advertised with the kitchen, the basics should be there. A bin in the room would be good too. We recognise that it is relatively reasonably priced, but a little extra here would really elevate the experience.

Very pleasant stay

Wonderful breakfast Room was small so not suitable if you have mobiity issues ( we did have a camper set up next to double so no walking space around bed)

I searched for double and single and pricing should have indicated that the single was included. I was told I needed to pay and extra 30 euros for the camper after booking a non-refundable night.... this was rather annoying and disingenuous. I believe they are reviewing this as it is not reasonable to be told that the pricing assumed my 12 year old would be bunking in with us in the double ! This is not normal in 2025.

I don’t think I will stay here again

Value for money - stayed 2 nights

On the second night there was a problem with the room next door. The would not close properly, first the guests kept banging it to close it and when they called the staff. The staff member then proceeded to bang the door to try to close it. This woke me from my sleep and I was extremely annoyed with them. Eventually they gave them a different room.

Once you know what you're doing, this is is an inexpensive, comfortable, functional accommodation

The breakfast service was great, the campus had so many facilities, a bar, pharmacy, shops, café, and the room was comfortable and peaceful, much more peaceful than you'd expect a university to be. Check in was easy and we were even able to keep our bags on site after check out before we needed to get our flight later in the evening. Overall the accommodation here is fantastic and definitely value for money in such an expensive city. Buses are all nearby and run at all hours, we went out for drinks late one night and had no trouble finding a night bus only a 20 minute walk from here, and daytime the buses run all hours and all directions just 5 minutes walk. Additionally, you're not far from local shops, pubs and restaurants. A very good, inexpensive, functional accommodation.

From what I found, the staff within some of the facilities were not the friendliest. Not unfriendly but certainly the breakfast café staff seem to have a chip on their shoulder about explaining the rules of how to get your breakfast. You get the voucher then pick the breakfast to the value of that voucher but they weren't too friendly in explaining what's what and how that works. Also the entrance is quite hard to find. Once you've found your way, navigating is a breeze, but when you first arrive it can be a little disorientating, a couple of signs couldn't go a miss. Additionally, we did get woken up one morning by some construction noises and we didn't have a view, just rooftops, but I'm not too fussed about that. Construction noises don't happen all the time and we didn't expect, need or care about having a view

Overnight stay for a concert.

The price was fair. We paid €168 for b+b, which is very good for the over inflated prices being charged in Dublin. The room was clean and comfortable. Ideal for a concert..

No complaints about the property. The only thing is we were told while checking in that breakfast was served until 11.30 but it is actually 10.30.

The price was very good and the location suited my needs. Check in staff were very friendly and parking was only 3 euros for 24 hours and I was expecting to me more expensive.

There was no pricings for the breakfast items so I could not tell of my voucher had credit left on it.vtge bed was also a bit hard and I found long hairs in the bathroom which were not mine

The showers and breakfast were excellent.

student staff were polite and helpful; amenities were on the scant side: no TV, no direct phone to reception, price was reasonale in view of Dulin's exorbitant ridiculous prices.

Nice stay in a quiet area

quiet area. 30 minutes by bus from Dublin city centre, Small Eurospar close by to get snacks. Breakfast was included, but I did not have time to have breakfast, so can't give a review. The rooms are in individual houses with stairs and also lift, accessible by key card. Early checkout outside of reception hours is possible by throwing the keycard in the key box. Level access shower. Small bar of soap, shampoo/shower gel tube, towels and bedsheets at disposal.

It wasn't easy to find the accommodation / reception for check in, because the campus is very big. It would be helpful to receive a map of the grounds via email beforehand. There is no hand shower device.

Its is a good location, the lift being out of service for weeks was an issue for us.

I liked the Nubar and the breakfast room and the breakfast, the staff in both were friendly and helpful.

We were in block (house)18 and on the fourth floor and the lift was out of service, having gone to reception to complain they said that's bad luck. My wife and I are both in our 70's, so walking up and down those stairs daily was a big challenge. Another major issue was the parking, there are no cash machines to pay for your parking and you also cannot pay at the reception desk. Its only possible to pay via the scan pay app, none of it was easy and there was a clamping system in operation so if you make a mistake and didn't pay for the parking its going to cost 80,00 Euro to unclamp your car.
