Nice hotel , perfect swimming pool and facilities . The room was spacious and clean only one thing we had small ants in the room .

On checking in my group of 7 travellers I was informed I had another room so two of the guests could each have a room. I informed reception this could not be true and passed over the booking form which stated six rooms. Reception insisted we have seven and it’s free. Even though I said we did not book she gave me the key and the room was used for two nights. On the third day the manager of the hotel told me I had to pay for the room. He was sharp and made me feel as if I had stolen the room. I explained the situation, he insisted again I have to pay. I told him I will not pay as his reception insisted it was free. He was very rude to a point he made me feel like a thief. He had no thought if customer care or investigating the truth. As an International Hotel Gtoup the hotel deserves better than this uncaring accusations manager. It was such a dreadful experience I will not consider using Hilton Group again until I receive a formal apology.
