    Spent two nights in this hotel. We arrived at @ 8 am after a long 14 hr flight from the US. We understand that the normal check in time is 3 PM but they were kind enough to find us an available room. We left or luggages in the concierge and ate breakfast in circular quay which is literraly a 2 minute walk from the hotel. We finally got our room at 11:30 Am. The Staff are wonderfull!!!. Very polite and helpful. The Location is excellent. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. No issues at all.

    The staff are amazing! However the air conditioning didn’t work, TV kept losing reception, the mattresses were too hard. For *** per night I expected more.
