Owners we such joyful and lovely. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, really clean, had tea and coffee facilities. In the centre of colwyn bay and close to local restaurants and bars.

The owners were very nice and the breakfast was exceptional
I booked and paid for the larger standard twin room that came with two twin beds but got a smaller room with one bed. The bed was mushy and it sagged. The room had only one full sized towel and one hand towel for two people The shower had no water pressure (and I’m from California and am used to low flow showers).
