    It's just a little sketchy. The lock goes off easily in the room, there's no second lock for security, the sheets are stained, and there's a hidden 100AUD fee you have to pay on hold. I genuinely have no idea if they refunded me because I find no record of it on my card.

    Location wise, recommended if you're willing to walk for around 10-15 mins with young kids before actually going on public transport. A nice, quiet hotel close to CBD and Darling Harbour. Walkable distance to Sydney Fish Market too - takes around 20mins with young kids (7yo and 5yo). Room condition is not too bad too, very well maintained, and spacious. With the price we paid, I would definitely stay here again.

    Great location to darling harbour and hay market. The staff are very nice and accommodating however the first room that was given to me was surprisingly not cleaned and prepared for the next guest. The bed was messy (as if someone just left it) and the sofa bed is still laid out as if someone was still using the room. I came back down to advise the issue and I was given another room which I thought was okay (smells a bit moldy) until I saw a sealed door that connects to the another room and there’s a gap underneath it. I can clearly hear the other people on the other side laughing and having a conversation . I raised this again and the staff happily upgraded me to a better room which I’m grateful but changing rooms the third time is a bit of inconvenience. There’s one time when I was on the elevator when a door opened on the first floor, there were a foul smell that’s smell like sewage and saw one of the staff cleaning the area. I never experienced that staying in the hotel before. Hope this issues will be seriously addressed cause the room is spacious and good location. Pillows need upgrading. They’re quiet thin. Beds are two single bed joined together which didn’t bother me . TV experience is good with access to streaming. The bathroom in my last room was good. Room needs to smell good as the 2nd room that was given to me smells mouldy and the bed is not Comfy. Buffet Breakfast is cheap but also basic Not a lot of selection.
