About this house rental
Family house since 1952, feet in the water, completely renovated in 2015 (new), this beach house is located opposite the typical Breton port of Porsguen in Plouescat in Brittany.
The house gives direct access to the beach by the dune from a private gate.
Plouescat is a seaside resort located on the coast of Finistère, built around a small fishing and lively marina, Porsguen. Whether you are looking for a villa by the sea in Brittany to stay with family, friends or lovers, Plouescat is a destination that will seduce you.
Plouescat is a dynamic, innovative and energetic seaside resort. In the immediate vicinity of our rental, the Villa Sterenn, you can practice many sporting activities, take wonderful walks, taste the local specialties or simply relax at the beach.

- Dining room with sea view including a table that seats 6 to 8 people
- Bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed 160X200. 2 large storage cupboards with wardrobe
- New fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine ...)
- Bathroom with bathtub and numerous storage cupboards
FLOOR
- Bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90X200, chest of drawers and wardrobe
- Sea view room with a single 90X200 bed, 1 baby bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
OUTSIDE
- Enclosed garden of 200m2 at the back of the house
- Wooden terrace with panoramic view of the sea (Porsguen port, Porsmeur beach, Keremma dunes, Plounéour, Brignogan...).
- Garden furniture and barbecue available. Path to the beach.
- Cellar with washing machine, dryer
- 2 bikes available
- WiFi access
- Duvets, mattress covers and pillows are provided. Household linen available for hire.
- Deposit of 300 €
Arrivals and departures are on Saturdays at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. respectively
Parking in front of the house (street side)
The house is opposite the port with direct access to the beach.
Excellent restaurants are in the immediate vicinity on foot:
- "Roch ar Mor" at 100m, restaurant facing the sea with lovely terrace
- "Basically", crêperie at 150m
- "Enez Eog", Traditional catering + crêperie + pizzeria at 300m
A bakery is also 50 m from the house.
The village and its typically Breton market is 3km away.
The supermarket is also 3km away
Access to the house:
- By car: Rennes / Brest (RN12) or Nantes / Brest (N165) expressway: Roscoff / Saint Pol de Léon or Landivisiau exits.
- By plane: Brest Brittany airport (40 km from Plouescat)
- By train: TGV Atlantique Paris / Brest line, Morlaix stop (30 km from Plouescat)
- By boat: car ferry line Plymouth / Roscoff and Cork / Roscoff. (20 km from Plouescat)
Many tourist outings are possible.
