Our house is located 50m from the sea, with a small beach down the street ideal for high tide.
Also 200m from the Port of Porsguen and its nautical center. You will find 300m bar, restaurant, crêperie, breads, newspapers.
The center of Plouescat is 2 km away, with its weekly market on Saturday mornings, ideal for discovering the specialties of our region. You will spend an ideal family holiday in this small seaside resort with its 15 km coastline alternating large sandy beaches and rocky coves.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus. Komplett ausgestattet, wunderbare Küche, tolle Lage. Kejne 5 Minuten zu Fuß ans Meer. Check-in völlig umkompliziert, sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir kommen wieder!

Alles da was man für zwei Wochen Urlaub benötigt. Leider waren zu unserer Reisezeit die in der Nähe gelegenen Restaurants und Crèperien geschlossen, ständig ausgebucht oder eher nicht zu empfehlen. In Roscoff, Morlaix, Brignogan gab es dafür reichlich Auswahl. Die Küste ist dafür sehr abwechslungsreich und wunderschön.

Location accueillante très bien équipée, lumineuse, de belles chambres dotées de grands rangements. La cuisine ouverte sur le séjour est spacieuse, bien fonctionnelle. Une maison bien pensée et aménagée avec goût pour recevoir une famille. L'endroit est calme, reposant et d'accès facile à la plage. C'est en toute honnêteté que nous recommandons cette location dans le Haut Léon.

Location idéalement située dans un endroit magnifique. La proximité de la mer et de la plage surveillée sont un réel atout. C'était la 2ème fois que nous y allions. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, disponibles et sympathiques . La location est très bien équipée. Rien ne manque. Il y a plusieurs restaurants accessibles à pied. Nous retournerons dans cette location avec plaisir, c'est sûr.

Beste Ausstattung, sauber und unkompliziert!

Von uns gibt es alle 5 möglichen Sterne, in jeder HInsicht 😊! Wir, zwei Erwachsene und ein Teenie, haben gerade drei wunderbare Wochen in dieser schönen Herberge verbracht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist, wie beschrieben, so nah am Meer, das man es aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster sehen kann. Es ist in zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist total zweckmäßig, alles ist vorhanden UND funktioniert. Auch wenn hier schonmal geschrieben wird, einiges wäre knapp, kann ich das so nicht teilen. Wenn das Geschirr alle ist, dann wird eben die Spülmaschine angeschaltet. Erwähnenswert sind der moderne Induktivherd und ein Wäschetrockner. Wir haben schon sehr oft in Ferienhäusern Urlaub gemacht, in Diesem haben wir uns ab der ersten Minute wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber, aufgeräumt und die Vermieter sind total nett und zuvorkommend. Eine Sprachbarriere kann man wunderbar mit Google Übersetzer überwinden. Ich möchte hervorheben, dass der Internetanschluss nicht auf WiFi beschränkt ist, sondern der Router direkt erreichbar ist. Somit konnte ich direkt mit einem Netzwerkkabel (RJ45) ins Netz. Das Haus ist also auch hervorragend für Telearbeit/Homeoffice geeignet. Dieser Hinweis fehlt in den meisten Inseraten, für mich ist das ein absolutes positives Kriterium. Abgerundet wird alles dadurch, dass wir auch noch großes Glück mit dem Wetter hatten. Trotz ungewisser Vorhersage, hatte sich der Regen auf die Nächte beschränkt und am Tage schien fast immer die Sonne. Zu dieser Jahreszeit kamen die bekannten rosa Zwiebeln direkt vom Feld in den Verkauf bei den zahlreichen Hofläden. Wir haben die Gelegenheit genutzt und direkt einen Jahresvorrat mit nach Hause genommen. Die Gegend lädt zu langen Spaziergängen am Strand ein. Fahrradausflüge sind auf Grund der geringen Höhenunterschiede eine Freude. Lediglich die morgendliche Versorgung mit frischem Baguette erfordert ein wenig Fahrt mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad. Leider sind auch drei Wochen viel zu kurz, wir wären gerne noch viel länger geblieben…. Wir schicken aus dem Ruhrgebiet viele Grüße nach Plouescat.

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen, die Zimmer hübsch und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung (Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Backofen, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Grill...) ist gut, Geschirr und Zubehör könnte etwas reichlicher sein. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und aufgeschlossèn, Französischkenntnisse sind hilfreich.

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.Die Unterkunft war schön, alles was man braucht in einem Ferienhaus war da. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön, die Strände sind sauber und laden zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Das einzige was gestört hat, ist das Sprachprobleme, leider sprechen wir kein Französisch, und die Franzosen nur. Thomas u. Familie.

Das Haus befindet sich unweit v. 2 Strände, beide innerhalb einer oder 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von da aus kann man zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad die Umgebung erkunden. Zahlreiche Felsenformationen, Dolmen oder Menhir. Fisch kann man nicht im benachbarten Großhandlung kaufen, der Fischhändler im Intermarché nimmt jede Bestellung entgegen und 1 x Mal in der Woche gibt eine Fischhändlerin auf dem Wochenmarkt. Guter Fleischhändler im Ort, Brot kann man in der benachbarten Crêperie kaufen ( Vorbestellung empfohlen ). Der große Strand v. Der Emma kann man mit dem Auto ( ca 4/5 kms ) erreichen ideal für Kyte- oder Windsurfer. Restaurant direkt am Strand ( Roch’ ar Mor ) akzeptable Qualität. Die Ausstattung - Möbel, Geschrirr, Wäsche, ausreichend für normale Urlauber - entspricht der Beschreibung, vorteilhaft zus. Dusche und Toilette im Parterre. 2 Kl. Terrassen sonnenseitig mit Gartenmöbel vorhanden, absolute Ruhe bis auf 1 paar Mal wöchentlich Jetflüge allerdings Höhenflüge. Keine richtige Störung. Ich kann keine negativen Punkt ausführen, wir waren 3 Wochen im Juni 2018 dort und würde jederzeit dort mieten. Maison bien située près de 2 plages accessibles à pied ( 50 m. pour la plus proche et moins de 10 minutes pour la grande plage ) , possible point de départ pour randonnées à pied ou vélo pour découvrir rochers aux formes bizarres, Dolmen et autres Menhir. Le vivier situé à proximité ne vend pas aux particuliers mais le poissonnier de l’intermarché de Plouescat prend toute commande même singulière, 1 fois par semaine la poissonnerie locale est au marché hebdomadaire. Boucher-traiteur à Plouescat, dépôt de pain à la crêperie ( pas très commerçants ) à 30 mètres ( commander le pain 1 j. à l’avance ) Plage de Ker Emma à env. 4 kms paradis de la glisse, un restaurant classique sur la plage ( Roch’ar Mor ) de qualité acceptable. La description de la maison est exacte, le mobilier, linge et vaisselle suffisants pour tous vacanciers ( sauf pour chef 2 étoiles ). Environnement calme troublé une fois par quelques passages rapides de jets de la base aéronavale voisine mais en altitude. 2 terrasses ensoleillées, meubles de jardins. Rien à critiquer………notre séjour de 3 semaines date de Juin 2018. Recommandons cette location.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Madame et Monsieur Nicol, dans une maison lumineuse et agréable avec de belles chambres. Le jardin ses deux terrasses nous permis des repas ensoleillés et ombragés au gré de nos envies. La douche en arrière cuisine est très pratique en sortie de plage. Bref tout est fait pour avoir de bons souvenirs. Expérience à renouveler car une semaine, c'est trop court!
