    It’s a fine hotel to stay at, it’s clean and has well looked after facilities. I especially liked the gym, which although very small has new equipment and open early so you can get a workout in before starting the day. However, a couple of things left us feeling like it might have been better had we stayed elsewhere: First of all, parking is paid—this came up to £18 for our whole 3-night stay—and this isn’t clear when you book with them. In most other chains, including similar priced hotels in the area we stayed in before, parking is included with the room price. Secondly, we paid for breakfast, which is £8 a day. We then learned breakfast it’s the most basic international breakfast you could get, the kind you’d get from a budget chain in the 2000s. There is little to no choice if you are vegan, the coffee is sad as you have to make it yourself from a machine, and the cooked food like beans are as bland as they get. End of the day, I read the reviews thinking it would be better than other hotels in the area we previously used, which is what made us pick it, but for the price it’s not worth it.

    Fantastic hotel for the price - they even kept the bar open so me and a few others could watch the England Mexico game at 2am. Will always have fond memories of the place now! If I were to nitpick I'd say ask for a room at the back - the road is noisy and the windows are not soundproof. But that's my only tiny gripe.

    Booked and paid for a visit to see family, my father feel ill which was stressful enough, asked the hotel hold my booking and they just declined it. Won’t stay here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend, you also have to pay to park in the hotel car park
