Bed was super comfy, love the pillows and extra large ones. Bathroom outstanding, huge and loved the shampoo/cond/body wash. Loved the bath gowns and slippers. Good selection in bar fridge. Great views of the stadium. Spacious.
Amenity kit in bathroom non-existent, no toothbrush/toothpaste. Very hard to understand how to use the coffee machine. Table in the room was way too big for that area, something simple would have sufficed and proper chairs. Switch up the curtains and try blinds for a more modern look, or in my case did not need the curtains, it made the room look outdated.

Location is fabulous, easy to get around Olympic Park as everything is within walking distance. The valet was very helpful and friendly.
Reception staff were unfriendly and incredibly slow at checking in. Unable to pay for our accommodation with cash as it is a “cashless venue” which we were unaware of prior to checking in… but then we were charged a card fee/surcharge. If that is your only option to pay for a stay then remove the surcharge fee.
