Great location with excellent views of the bay. Very friendly owners who were very helpful with information about Mumbles. Breakfast was excellent.

Great location. Really easy access to parking opposite or a short walk down the road. Owners are lovely and very friendly. Great breakfast!!

Good location. Breakfast included. Nice communal lounge. Friendly atmosphere. Nice view across the road to the sea.
Our room (7) was a standard double but the bed felt very small. The mattress was uncomfortable as were the pillows. We were due to stay 2 nights but moved on after one as we had such a bad nights sleep. Bathroom door gave zero privacy into the room. At this price point you have to be reasonable with your expectations-We just chose the wrong room! Worth noting that most parking from 8am to 8pm is restricted to 3 hours free and then you need to pay!
