    They put you in one of their managed buildings, not knowing where, no lifts for aged people, after check-in no communication from staff, b.coz, no telephones, housekeeping or anything. Every time you want something, you have to run to reception. Staff are very polite and friendly and happy to help, but the management is zero

    So dirt the 1st night toilet seat broken bathroom door hanging off curtains so dirty floors and bed the same we asked to be moved and it was not possible but the next morning we asked again and they moved is to a different room the toilet was leaking everywhere never again it would allowed me to post the photos
