Hotel location was good. Staff were very good. The bed was comfortable. Easy to get a taxi if we needed one. Buffet breakfast was loved by all in our family but was very expensive.
It seemed like there was water leaking from the toilet as the floor was always wet. It sounded like there was renovations in the room above us which was disappointing being on holidays and wanting to sleep in a bit. Pool was one of the reasons I chose the hotel but it was too cold to use in winter. Lousy weather for our stay didn't help. Some brochures/tourist information in the room would have been appreciated.

I always enjoy staying at Swissotel. The location is so good and easy to access; the room is very well appointed, the bed is comfy, the staff are exceptionally helpful, and Arches is a relaxing place to have a drink and something to eat. This hotel is perfect for the solo (female) traveller.

Rooms are neat and clean
No parking near to the hotel and also there is a parking fee also , literally there is no free parking for the hotel
