Room was really spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from. Evening Meals were really good as well. Perfect location for a trip to Warwick Castle. Staff all welcoming and friendly.

Food very good. All staff very helpful. Very reasonable price.
We were upstairs, we are senior citizens with a heavy case. Very difficult.

The room was cool and quiet. There was a good selection on the menu for both breakfast and dinner. The quality of both was good.
Whilst the bedroom was spacious and comfortable, some previous client had peeled some of the wallpaper off the wall (Room 19) so it could do with a refresh.

Location and setting great, attractive hotel and bar / restaurant, staff friendly, good choice of drinks. Powerful (over bath) shower.
Room clean and comfortable, but dated and poorly lit. Not great value at over £100 per night midweek. Endless wait for basic food for one (refunded without asking when chased, twice) and really poor when it arrived. Didn’t eat there again for breakfast (x2) and dinner (x1) as a result. I’m not a complainer by nature and this place could be really great but my experience was disappointing.
