Peterstone Court Country House Restaurant & Spa

Lovely location, great staff, we really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.

Bed was a bit hard for my liking

Basically everything. We arrived late for the dinner, yet Connie made sure that we could have a meal for that night, but thanks to the chefs too. Also Asla for being so friendly and nice to us. Tbf, all the girls that we encountered with were so friendly and helpful. What a place. Highly recommend!

There was an unknown extra charge of 8 pounds , which I did not get it but I believe the reception took it off from our bill. Only that

great staff. Very homely. Perfect setting. Very comfortable. Good food.

I cannot think of anything.

Lovely old house but alot smaller than we'd imagined from the pictures - room a good size and the gardens overlooking the River Usk were superb.

We had a strange smell in our room (Usk) that persisted even though we kept both windows open all night - not sure what it was but certainly not what you'd expect, secondly even though the restaurant wasn't busy (just a handful of other guests present) on the Sunday night we had to wait over 45 minutes for dinner to be served which we thought was a bit excessive. Also as the house is not very large the whole place fills up with the smell of cooking from the kitchen that wafts throughout the library and bar area which detracts from the overall ambience of the place.
