Great location, comfortable bed (pillows were ok). Breakfast was plenty and it was mostly fine except the scrambled eggs which were always cold. The bath towels were ok, but for some reason we never got a foot towel (unless the one we thought was hand towel was actually a foot towel). The gym is definitely lacking equipment, there are dumbbells and a bench press set up, otherwise it's pretty bare. I think the hotel has so much more potential to be better.
It would have been nice to have a kettle for instant coffee and water in the room. The gym needs major improvement.

Nice customer service. Excellent location.
Breakfast average.
Facilities old , the main unpleasant factor was old towels. After the first day the next set of towels were better.

The staff was very nice and always helpful. The breakfast was great and always timely and fresh.
The hallways and rooms could use a little bit of cosmetic updating but overall not a big deal.

The rooms we stayed definitely need renovation, including the linen, which was torn.
