Dirty hotel with poor service.

Close to night market

It was incredibly dirty. Pool was green and slimy. Rooms were never cleaned because the maids didn’t make it to our room until 5:00pm or later when we were back in the room. Facilities are gross all around.

The location of the hotel and the gardens around the hotel were The rooms are very old and have a low maintenance level. There is a smell of sewage in the room area. In our room, the toilet was blocked three times and maintenance personnel came to unblock the blockages for three days, every day.

Lovely stay in Ao Nang

Loved the pool area and the staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable.

There was some noise at night, loud using. But thankfully it stopped by 10:30/11pm.

No Receipt! No View is Best! Big Breakfast

The rooms weren't ready and we had bought up room with a view. They told me that they could give us a quieter room without a view . We said okay. Later I discovered that it's better to get a room without of you because they have no beach views. Our room was terrific because it had a jungle view so we could leave our blinds open. The view rooms look at the pool so you have to close your blinds or curtains. The breakfast was phenomenal. Excellent. The only problem was that the staff would not give me a receipt when I checked out!!! I did not charge anything to the room and I paid through booking.com. The hotel had my credit card number from when we arrived but they wouldn't give me a receipt. They said I'd get a receipt from booking.com but I don't remember getting a receipt from booking.com.

When I left they would not give me a receipt. They vehemently declined saying that they don't give me a receipt but booking.com would give me a receipt. That was a concern upon departure . Also, we did not get a room with a View, like we booked, but we Loved the room. 100s of kids!

Amazing resort with amazing pools!

Location was perfect and walking distance to street shops and Landmark Night Market, and across from the beach. Breakfast was great with wide variety of foods. All three pools were amazing and the highlight for my kids. Our room was perfect and very spacious, and being on ground level the kid pool and the island pool were right in front of us. My kids also enjoyed the kids club, and I loved it more as they were old enough to book in themselves and play without me being there. We booked the daily minibar service too and this was perfect, and were happy to switch out the beer for more non-alcoholic drinks - there was no need to buy any drinks or snacks during our 4 day stay here.

Having to leave. The reception lady that served us could of been more welcoming. But, I just ignored it and kept on going.

Clean, beautiful and spacious room. Facilities were A++. Location was perfect walking distance to Landmark night market and directly opposite Ao Nang Beach, where the ticket booth for the long boat to Railay and other islands was.

Good location , nice property , good breakfast spread

The water in the wash basin smelled like sewage water . It smelled so bad when you would open the tap but then after 2-3 minutes of leaving the water running the smell would go . I complained about it but when the engineering people and housekeeping staff came to check it had stopped smelling . So they didn’t investigate further . We had to brush our teeth with bottled water as we didn’t want to use the sewage smelling water . My hands would smell after using that water and the whole bathroom also would smell . Because of this alone we did not like the property . Another issue is at the restaurant , the waiters and waitresses would take an order and then get the wrong food to the table . This happened twice during our 3 nights stay there .

Poor maintenance, Great staff

The staff was very kind, especially in the breakfast restaurant. The location is also convenient- near the night market, 20 minutes walk from center.

The maintenance of the hotel is very poor- most Amenities are broken and/or moldy. Due to that we asked to change the room and the second room was even worse. The third room was a kind upgrade by the kind staff, but also required numerous phone calls for needed fix until we got tired of it. It has the potential to be the prefect hotel, if it weren’t so broken and low maintained.

Aa nang holiday

Kids pool is very nice with many slides. Even my 1 year had fun in the pool.

I felt the staff was not very cordial. They would go about with their work and never bothered to greet us. Even for handling the luggage we had to request them.

A perfect family getaway in the heart of Ao Nang.

The location is perfect, right in front of Ao Nang Beach with stunning sunsets. It’s also just a short walk to the Ao Nang Landmark Night Market, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Finding halal food was super easy, and my wife and kids truly enjoyed the stay.

Not upto the expectation you come up with

Location and rooms are good. I took pool access room so it was great with a bath tub.

No house keeping picks up your call. Staff are always looking to make you pay. They don't even give water to drink without money. Also the front desk is impolite.

When checking-in the hotel , when there’s a crowd , there is no proper queuing system . While waiting to check in, guest are sitting around the sofa set and are ensure on who should be serve next . The hotel management should look into this to avoid any unpleasant incident amongst the waiting guests ,

Good location for Railay and boat trips

Location for the pier was very good. Outside of Krabi and near the night markets which were a bit quieter. Good selection of international cuisine at breakfast. Staff we very friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness - staff were constantly cleaning!

Bar service was a little bit slow sometimes. Also we ordered lunch as we going for a trip but we ended up cancelling our order as it had it arrived after 45 mins. Staff we very apologetic but I think we were forgotten

Convenient and one of the best resort in Ao Nang!

- Seamless check-in and check-out process - Staff are very accommodating and friendly at all times - Location is opposite the famous Ao Nang beach where you can easily go when sunrise/sunset - Very strategic as its close to nearby eateries, convenience store and the Ao Nang night market

A constructive criticism would be if the resort would be able to cater Halal food options either for breakfast and room service.

The rooms we booked were are at bad condition - old, smelly and unmaintained. There were ants in the room which the staff simply sprayed with pesticide, leaving a very bad smell. We asked to move and were offer slightly smaller rooms in a renovated section of the hotel which was much better but still not 5-star worthy. Toilet had bad smell even when cleaned. There was a shortage of towels at the pools, and the pool bar in one of the pools was frequently unattended. Breakfast was quite busy and some items like fruit ran out quickly.

My room was stolen , someone entered my room while I was having lunch, from my luggage someone took all my money, and expensive perfumes and personal items was stolen as soon as I checked into the room , the hotel didn’t have any camera working around the room , , my booking was for five days the hotel didn’t even say we are sorry or at at least provide a drink or upgrade the room. The police didn’t even help at the matter. The pool was not clean
