Great staff and location, though the room facilities could use improvement.

The staff were wonderful; the receptionist lady was particularly excellent, and the kitchen team were very nice and friendly. Overall, the hotel, its location, and the staff were excellent, making it a great place to stay.

One of the beds was unmade and missing pillows, making it difficult to resolve. The kitchen in the room appeared quite outdated, featuring a wobbly hob, old-fashioned metal kitchenware, and chipped cupboards. Additionally, there were no glasses, toaster and a kettle present. An toaster or kettle would have been a welcome improvement.

Good quality for money

Friendly and helpful personnel. Good communication before and during the stay. The location was perfect for me and my family. We always found place in the shared parking. A good quality for the reasonable price.

Our room was comfortable but the furniture is a bit dated. The hygiene could be improved (we found a clogged shower, promptly fixed after talking to the reception) and a rather dirty floor.

We simply just like this place.

Third time this place during last couple of years. Value for money in top, summer as well as winter. The hotel has been painted outside so very nice since our previous visit. Friendly staff and all. We will for sure come back again.

Location and spaciousness

No microwave. Fridge frozen when we arrived. Suppose to be NO smoking floor but many people were smoking. Even gets into air conditioning system. Particularly bad on the balcony.

Excellent location and our balcony overlooked gorgeous mountains. The rooftop pool was bliss!

The breakfast option was very poor but that had more to do with COVID restrictions. I imagine the breakfast would have been very good.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, restaurant de l'hôtel très bon et pas cher, personnel gentil, parking extérieur gratuit et facile d'accès, la piscine en haut de l'hôtel avec vue sur les montagnes.

La gentilezza degli operatori

Ho dovuto cambiare l’appartamento per odore nauseabondo il primo giorno, poi nel secondo dopo lo spostamento vengo ricollocato in due stanze una singola ed una doppia dividendo la famiglia. Il secondo giorno mi risposano su altra stanza tripla. Purtroppo il ristorante della struttura indiano faceva entrare lo strano odore tipico nelle stanze.

la posizione è comoda a tutto, c'è il parcheggio, personale disponibile e gentile

la cucina a pagamento extra in realtà è un armadio attrezzato, il frigorifero è praticamente inesistente e non funziona il freezer, nell'appartamento non ci sono spugne , scopa e materiale per poter pulire anche se usi le stoviglie poi non sai come lavarle

Personale molto cordiale e disponibile

Angolo cottura molto mal tenuto, eravamo in 4 e c'erano solo 2 bicchieri. Non c'erano neanche 4 sedie, abbiano messo in casa quella del terrazzino ed uno stava seduto sul letto. Gomitoli di polvere un po' ovunque e capelli in bagno, pulizia direi voto 4.

Buona struttura , auspicabile qualche attenzione in più sulle dotazioni

Camere spaziose e ottima biancheria sia da letto che da bagno, pulizia ok. Ottimo riscaldamento Molto comodo il parcheggio sottostante Bello il balcone

Le dotazioni dell'angolo cottura sono molto scarse ( pochissime posate, poche tazze, nessun detersivo ) Il box doccia era datato e con una parte che si staccava.
