If you’re expecting the hotel to pay attention to your special requests, don’t count on it. I submitted mine well in advance, yet they were completely ignored. Instead of making any effort to help or even discussing the request, the staff simply repeated standard, scripted responses. The biggest disappointment was the lack of initiative. It felt like the staff were only interested in doing the bare minimum required to complete the check-in process. There was no willingness to look for solutions or provide the level of hospitality you would expect from a hotel. Good customer service is about making guests feel valued, even if not every request can be fulfilled. In this case, there was no effort to accommodate, explain, or offer alternatives. The overall impression was that guest satisfaction was not a priority. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as the attitude and service at the front desk leave a poor first impression of the hotel.
