Easy access to the shopping centre
It was noisy at 2:30am at the corridor and by lift. It was coming from the adjoining room and corridor.

Location and room size.
We like the central air con but we couldnt increase the room temperature slightly for night sleeping mode as it probably centrally controlled. The bath towel are looking tired.

Location and premier room. The buffet breakfast which serves different cuisines. Friendly and helpful staff members.

Breakfast was good, a lot of selections to choose. Doorman was great always ready to assist; front deck staff are polite.
When i check into the urban king room, tissue paper was not provided, which i need to call to ask for it. The room i stay sound isolation was not so good, as my room 1219 have a divided door, and the noise do travel to my room when next door making a lot of noise, even the divided room was close.
