The apartment is located on the first floor of the main building and is accessed via a separate entrance on the street.
Shaded by an ancient acacia tree, the garden allows you to enjoy outdoor dining and barbecue.
From the garden, a staircase leads to a small sunny terrace. Overlooking the entire property, you get a view of the valley and surrounding mountains.
The spacious and comfortable apartment of 75 m² can accommodate up to 5 people. It has been decorated in a contemporary way mixing old and modern deco.
The space is organized as follows: from the terrace, a large entrance hall leads to the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room. The spacious living room is facing the city and garden, it leads onto a second bedroom.

Terrace: 4 metal chairs and a coffee table
Kitchen: table, 4 ring gas hob, grill, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, wok, cookware and crockery for 6 people.

The living room is furnished with a table where you can eat 6, a comfortable lounge and a large dresser.
The first bedroom has a 140-bed for two people and a small office, the second largest, allows sleeping 3 people (a 140-bed and a single bed).
The apartment has central heating and is connected to internet via WIFI.

Séjour très agréable dans le gite du premier étage.
Appartement spacieux mélangeant le charme de l'ancien et du moderne,jardin luxuriant, peupliers et platane majestueux,figuiers,rosiers,bignonias et yuccas.
Nous avons bien profité des activités disponibles,à savoir
piscine,ping-pong,barbecue,détente.
En résumé,très satisfait de notre séjour,mais nous étions
seuls vacanciers...

Everything was even better than we had expected. A lovely location, surrounded by nature but hardly any distance from the town centre. Kevin and Ann were very helpful. A lovely pool to plunge into when it gets hot as well as the river at the bottom of the garden. Lots of outside seating areas for all times of the day. Nice flat, high ceilings.
Mattresses were not firm enough for 2 of our party of 4, but I realise different people like different types of mattress. Nearest beach only 45 minutes away by car and well worth the journey. Our dog also loved the flat and grounds and did not want to leave.

We hebben heerlijke vakantiewerken gehad in dit appartement. Onze zonen van 14 en 17 jaar hebben zich prima vermaakt in de rivier en in het zwembad. De directe omgeving is prachtig en heel afwisselend. Het appartement is ruim en mooi ingericht, we voelden ons er helemaal thuis. De eigenaren waren vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar. Prachtige plek!

Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux.
La location se trouve dans une impasse: nous n' entendons aucun bruit de circulation. C' est un endroit très reposant et est seulement à 2 min à pied du centre ville.
Nous avons bien aimé les 2 terrasses: une pour le matin, la deuxième pour le
déjeuner
