About this farm stay rental
Between vineyard and scrubland, on a fenced plot of 5000m² and strewn with olive trees, a cozy Mazet of around 60m² composed of a living room with adjoining kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + WC.
ideal capacity: 6 beds but possibility of extra bed in the living room for 1 additional bed
Outside, a swimming pool with a large beach fitted out for sunbathing or playing faces a shaded terrace, barbecue, large 5000m² plot, pétanque court, volleyball net, table tennis table ...
Isolated from any neighborhood, you stay 5 minutes from all the amenities of the village of Aniane (market, shops, pharmacy ...) and in the heart of one of the most touristic regions of the Hérault valley: Pont du devil at 2.5 km, Saint Guilhem le Désert at 6km; Caves of Clamouse and Demoiselles; Cirque de Navacelles, Pic Saint Loup, Lac du Salagou at 30 min ...; Beaches at 45 min
To complete the change of scenery, this site operates independently:
- electricity produced by solar energy only (emergency generator set available),
- water stored and filtered in cisterns, treated but not potable, usable for shower, sanitary and maintenance.
- drinking water for cooking and consumption is available in jerry cans and bottles (source "Les Bains", Montpeyroux 10min).
- Hot water and gas cooking

A check for deposit of 500 euros (not cashed) will be requested from the tenant on the day of arrival and returned on the day of departure if no damage is found. 6 mountain bikes are available to vacationers (adults and children). The swimming pool is available from May to September only. no children under 3 years old.

Mazet autonome au top, tout est fonctionnel et bien pensé.
Endroit charmant et calme où " la vie est belle" 😉 pour passer de bonnes vacances loin de toute agitation.
Les propriétaires sont super accueillants et soucieux du bien-être de leurs locataires.
Nous les remercions pour leur confiance et c'est avec un immense plaisir que nous y retournerons.

Belle petite maison conçue pour une famille avec des enfants: 2 chambres de couples dont l’une avec des lits superposés dans les environs d’Aniane, au calme . Grand jardin composé d’une centaine d’oliviers, terrain de volleyball et de boules, vélos. Piscine devant la maison, grande terrasse ombragée pour les repas, coin barbecue. Tout est à notre disposition pour passer des vacances au calme et accompagné des chants de cigales. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et attentifs. On se sent comme chez soi:-))

Superbe endroit idéal pour se reposer. Les propriétaires sont adorables et vous facilitent les choses. Merci encore les enfants ont adore se baigner faire du vélo dans la garrigue même s Il fait avoir des bons mollets !
