The location of the hotel was outstanding. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The staff displayed flexibility to our needs, which we appreciated greatly. Overall, a fantastic experience!

great location, 10-15 minutes walk to tourist attractions, got restaurants around, also walkable distance to metro station (tips: walk through Umberto Galleria) staff very helpful and responds quickly. also love the indoor and outdoor common area where we can enjoy our food comfortably! it is located on the 5/F and there is a lift in the building.

i personally prefer brighter rooms, but luckily the washroom is bright enough for me to wear make-up. i appreciate that there is a lift, but the lift is a bit small and just fit 2 people with 2 luggages.

The room was described exactly how the room actually is. The beds were comfy, there was enough room for my son and I. The water pressure and hot water were MUCH better than what you'd expect in a hotel room. Make sure you talk to your host about the breakfast because it's not explained very well in the booking listing. The restaurant that you go to is only 2-3 doors down and their coffee and pastries were amazing.

The location was good. It is a noisy area but you are in the middle of the city so it is expected. It was clean for a dated room. Amenities were good, nice little touches, slippers, coffee, biscuits, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, ironing board etc.

The worst thing for us was the walls are paper thin. You could hear next door flushing their toilet, snoring and coughing all night. If you go onto your balcony there are only plants separating the adjoining rooms. So if you sit ourside at the same time the other guests do, there really isn't any privacy out there. Breakfast was included which was great, however it's a few doors down at the road. There was fresh fruit on day one but none for the next 3 days. Not cereal toast, eggs etc. So we only had coffee there which was disappounting considering we would never eat cakes for breakfast.
