Would recommend for a shorter stay than 8 nights.

Great location and facilities. The staff at the front desk, particularly Ilaria and Beate, were very warm and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality and eagerness to make us feel comfortable was the highlight of our stay at the hotel.

The only minor inconvenience we had was that since we were a large group we were allowed some rooms in one wing, and some others in another wing, we had to walk back and forth through the tunnel.

Great stay at Cavalese

The property is located in a hilly area with pleasant weather, which really added to the charm of our stay. We had originally booked a studio room, but upon check-in, found it a bit too small for our needs. The reception staff were helpful and accommodating, and we were able to upgrade to a top-floor apartment with a fantastic view—for what I felt was a reasonable additional fee. The gym is suitable for a light workout, and the on-site restaurant offers take away and dine-in options. We also loved the nearby park—it was perfect for the kids, and we ended up spending a lot of time there.

The gym timings from 9am, and need to collect the key from reception every time we want to use it.

Best place to relax with family and friends.

Cozy apartment equipment with everything you need. Comfortable beds, well organized, nice and clean little kitchen and bathroom. Balcony with relaxing chairs. 5 feet deep heated pool with little pool corner for young ones and another relaxing bubble therapy pool and jacuza Sauna. Pool can access under tunnel connect to the each building it’s very convenient. Elevator and available restaurant, prices not so high. Kids play room inside the building and big kid play area outside and picnic area BBQ area, volleyball field for adults. Dogs area. So many attractions 30 minutes near by. Definitely recommend.

Nice enough place, especially for dogs and young children. Staff very nice. Place is clean. A couple of minutes drive from centre

Laundry room is not in the same building. It is across the road in the other residence. The washing machine didn’t wash well. I had to re wash somewhere else.

Summer hiking with the family

The hotel is situated in a good location in Val Di Fiemme. In the summer, the Fiemme Cembra Guest card deserves a plus, which will provide many useful discounts. The rooms are comfortable, the beds very comfortable. The parking spaces are quite narrow, so there can be a problem with parking.

Breakfast in the restaurant is not very diverse. The non-sweet dishes include bread, cheese, ham and scrambled eggs (rather always cold). The children, on the other hand, were delighted: croissants and cake for breakfast every day.

The staff are really nice and helpful. The restaurant below is excellent and very convenient. The area is beautiful. No need to go far. There are plenty of stuff to do in the area.

Clean but very loud

1. Everything was very clean. 3. The apartment was very comfortable and clean as well. We had in the apartment everything we needed. 3. The staff was very nice and friendly. 4. It is very nice that animals are allowed to come. 5. We had very nice view from apartment

1. WiFi did not work well. 2. Everybody is coming there to ski, and that means that we come with much equipment, but to come in apartments, you must carry everything up and down through many stairs. Lifts are usually always in use. 3. It was very loud. You could hear everything very loud from neighbours.It was very hard to sleep.I think that everything was so loud not depents just of very bad builded isolation, but mostly about type of quests that are coming there.Everything was written in Italian, and most of the quests are from Poland. My suggestion is to translate the house rules on Polish that people know how they need to behave. 4. The heating was to hot or turned off. We could not regulate that.There were so many rules that I had never heard before, and I am regularly travelling. I never got so many emails and messages from some hotel or apartment with instructions. All correspondence was on Italialin, and there is almost no quest from Italy in this time there. Very quest unfriendly. 5. For pool, you must have a cap, and for a spa, you must have termin! You must clean your apartment and kick garbage! Spa and pool area are definitely to little for that amount of people, and as I already said, most people do not know how to bahve there.

Good for ski vacation

Pool is too small for such big residence. We did not use it in 5 days. Location is good, a little bit far from the center but close to the ski lifts. Facilities in the hotel hava to be improved, especially the kids area. Price was too high for this room.

Nice small apartments with a very good value for money but with minor compromises.

Clean apartment, new furniture with folding beds, roomy bathroom with bidet. Good breakfast in the restaurant next door (5m from the hotel entrance). Dinner is possible only for reservation. Sauna and steam bath must be also reserved, because limited number of visitors. Pool and massage pool can be used in the opening times. The kitchen is small, not really recommended for cooking of hearty lunches, but perfect for small meals and tee.

Between Christmas and new year lot of young peoples booking the apartments, it is not recommended for people who needs relaxing. The fridge is in the room. The guests are using the sauna in swimsuit...

while I understand it’s mainly a “winter location” so many things aren’t really appropriate in summer, I still have to say the only positive thing is the location. it is a nice property but there are many aspects that should be improved.

Starting from the fact that they don’t look after the customer. Despite the fact my booking included a dog they didn’t even realize we had one so they mistook the building we were supposed to stay in. during our one week stay they never even asked if for example the toilet paper was finished or the garbage bags or if we needed anything at all. it’s like they weren’t existing. I never crossed paths with anyone except the person in the pool who is the only very present employee.
