Clean, huge suite. The view from the window was magical!

Excellent location. Steps away from the main city transport hub (rail, bus, taxi, boat), shopping district, and many local attractions. Scenic views. Eateries from cheap to fine dining all around.
Breakfast was high quality and one of the better hotel breakfasts around town. A bit crowded in later seatings but comfortable and yummy.
Customer service by the staff was notably good. Accomodating early check-in, directions, storing our luggage, special requests, for example.
The only drawback, I feel, is that that breakfast is NOT included in the hotel stay (which is a trend in the industry). Still a good option and good value.
The hotel was fully booked. This would not normally effect operations but 1 out of the 3 elevators was broken which made getting to or from a high numbered floor a bit taxing at peak times. For example to get down to breakfast the elevator might stop at every floor to attempt to pick up more passengers.
There seemed to be a new wing of the property and an older wing. "Standard Room" was comfortable but... compact. I did like all the in-room amenities. Cleanliness... 8/10.

The infrastructure is not the newest. There is nothing charming in this place. A sleeping box.
