We had the best time staying at Mountain Lodge Sawmill Settlement. It had everything we needed plus more. It was lovely and warm and catered for the right amount of people. Even enough teaspoons for all!!! Tania was amazing to deal with. Highlight was the visit in the morning from the King parrots.

No long drive to head up to the mountain from here. Perfect location! The house was well equipped, functional and clean. Just what we needed. The drying room outside was a real bonus to dry out our wet ski gear.
Very happy - can definitely recommend.

We all enjoyed our frist snow trip and the cozy cabin. It was great to only have to drive 20 to be on Buller and the surrounding area was breathtaking.

The property is not so big but just big enough to enjoy a holiday with friends. the facilities are good however I'd say the knives weren't sharp enough :)
