There was no toiletpapier nor coffee as it was advertised; There was no warm water; I paid city tax when the host came by. When I left he asked again to pay the city tax, I already did. He wanted my e-mail but never send me the recept of the payment of the city tax. It did not felt good. There are camera’s in front of the door, so the host can speak with you and see you all the time you leave or come.

The plains fly right above the house which causes a lot of noise; the pans to cook in were verry dirty; all the plates and cups of the former renter were still in the washing place. That does not feel clean

Worth staying and very comfortable

Nice and airy, plenty of space and felt safe. Plenty of utensils and bedding/toiletries .... Bus stop very close into Pisa/tower and easy. A few restaurants nearby for dinner 👍 very friendly. Huge supermarket and shopping mall 5 mins by car for all provisions.

Nothing really, just some helpful tips as I have run a BnB in France before ..... Mirror needed in bedroom Bulb not working by bed Cereal/pudding bowls needed - couldn't find. Need a welcome book/folder within the property with basic details in, as we arrived late and weary and not so easy keep logging on and looking at notes on booking.com Wi-fi code Bus details ie for Pisa Nearby restaurants Nearby supermarkets & provisions We did end up using Google maps but with 2 80 yr olds and just myself, I had to get prepared asap!! All in all a great place to stay, comfy and easily accessible would deffo recommend. Thank you.

It is a little bit far from the center of Pisa. Pisa is a small town though, so it is not really an issue.

Exceptional

Everything was super great! The apartment is really clean, has a lot of space with a lot of equipment (dining table, washing machine, iron etc). And the location is perfect for staying in Pisa but not wanting to be in the middle of the center. Anyway, we only needed about 7min with the car to the city center. Shay is also a extrem friendly host! He answered all our questions fast and with all the right instructions! We would for sure recommend this apartment for a trip to Pisa!

Location was wonderful! Parking onsite made it super convenient to travel to and from. Host was extremely kind, generous, and accommodating.

Luxury condo

Only 10 minutes drive from the airport (private parking space!), this luxury condo offers everything you need. Great beds, bathroom and kitchen. Everything is being thought of. Very nice bar for sandwiches and breakfast nearby, the bancomat around the corner. Shay is very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Très bien

L’hôtel est très sympathique et donne de bons conseils pour visiter la ville et des adresses de restaurants. Le logement est un peu loin du centre-ville historique, mais c’est accessible à pied en marchant une demi-heure environ. Autour du logement il y a des restaurants, une très bonne pâtisseries et un grand supermarché. Le logement est bien équipé et propre. La place de parking est gratuite. Nous avons passé séjour agréable.
