la neteja, la ubicació i el tamany de l'apartament i totes les seves estances.
els matalassos són molt incòmodes, l'olor d'humitat del lavabo no hem aconseguit treure-la, la dutxa no desembossa prou bé i és una llàstima que malgrat comentaris de clients anteriors de que faltava coberteria, nosaltres tampoc hem tengut coberts suficients per fer una sola menjada (no és que no n'hi hagués per a reposar, sinó en una sola menjada no hi havia 5 culleretes). En general pensam que són coses solventables i feim el comentari perquè amb una mica de cura pot ser un apartament fantàstic.

Alojamiento muy grande y muy nuevo.
La ubicación, aunque está cercana al aeropuerto y a Ponta Delgada, se encuentra en un barrio un poco desangelado.

Apartamento limpo e tinha o suficiente para passar uns dias
Era muito frio e não tinha nenhum aquecedor. O duche deitava água para fora.
Zona difícil acesso para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.
