Great location, close to public transport and comfortable rooms.

disappointment

it is really expensive hotel considering the things it provides. no slippers were provided in the whole hotel even when you ask for it, there were no tissue in their room and no cattle for coffee or tea. and everything is manipulated like when you purchase a room you expect to establish a valuable customer relationship, but it is far beyond it in a negative way. I would’ve expected to only check in to be possible if there is available rooms without extra charge because it was already very high price.

Solid hotel for the business or casual traveler

Good size rooms, nice work area, clean bathrooms and room. Nice lobby, lobby bar and great breakfast.

Location does not have a lot near it so need to Uber to nearby restaurants etc.

Very nice stay

Our room was very clean, quiet. Easy check-in, nice personnel who answered all our questions. I also liked shower gel/shampoo that was available in our room. Very good smell and easy to use dispenser.

TV has only few channels, none of them in english. I would like to also suggest placing electric kettle in rooms, in case a person wants to have a warm drink in the evening.

The room is spacious, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom is a good size. Breakfast is delicious with a lot of choice.

I had expected to find an electric kettle in the room so O. Kuld make myself some tea/coffee, as I arrived late. The room was quite a distance from the lobby, where you could buy coffee. It would be nice to have something to wipe/scrabe the water off the glassware and the floor after a shower Some noise from big trucks and buses in the carpark as they take off in the morning

We could have found a better place for the price we paid.

It had a lot of activities and games for kids.

Room AC was not working and it became very hot. One of the (lead?) staff member at the breakfast service was not so friendly. His body language was actually rude.

Good hotel option near central Copenhagen, could be better with some improvements.

Good value for money for Copenhagen, friendly/helpful staff, and convenient location near a train station with quick access into the historical centre. The room was quiet and comfortable, with a decent breakfast offering which could have included more fresh fruit.

Better attention to minor details in the room would have made it a better stay, including ensuring that toiletries are adequately replenished before check-in (conditioner hadn’t been refilled prior to my arrival), adding hand/body lotion to the amenities, and testing that all lights work (one of the bedside lights didn’t work). Also, during a three night stay the room wasn’t cleaned and it would have been nice to at least have the option of fresh towels toward the end of the stay.

Lack of cleanliness was a major issue.. we requested for room cleaning and it didn’t happen.. we followed up but still no luck… Location and transport connections aren’t all that great.

a little bit disappointed

1. we were 4 people (a family) and we got 2 rooms, one for 4 person and one for 2. why did we have to pay double?? we would fit into one room. moreover, we were on a separate floor, so we had to take the elevetor anytime we needed something from the luggage. 2. during the breakfast some of the food was not fresh, namely the bacon and the rösti, both day experienced this.

Breakfast had a large selection. The kids loved the wafflemaker very much The room was large and quite spacious. The beds were really spacious and comfortable.

There was only one elevator and the hotel was renovating in certain parts so it was busy, but given that we were in Floor 2 we managed without any difficulties.

big modern hotel with a lot of entertainment toys, mini golf, pool table, even live music on some days. good breakfast. free parking

the room was ok but the bathroom was really dirty, we complained 4 times and nothing have been done for two days, finally got a room upgrade on the third and last day. it’s not a cheap hotel, i would have expected more attention into cleanliness. there is a big sign in the lift with strong propaganda about unnecessary cleaning, i agree but this time it was necessary.

I had a nasty surprise about cleaning and garbage collection. After 2 nights nobody came into the room to do these operations. I asked at the reception desk and there was some confusion about that. First, they told me something about a Scandic policy to save the Planet by not collecting the garbage 😧 , and then something about a supplementary fee for cleaning😠 , and in the end, they told me the cleaning team would do the service every day for free. If this really was a Scadic policy, it should definitely be abandoned! They run four-star hotels, not some student hostels. Such a policy sounds more like adding hidden fees and cutting costs than a concern for saving Planet Earth.

Great for easy parking and good access into town centre.

Hotel within 5 min walk to train station with very regular trains into centre of Copenhagen. Ample parking available. Excellent buffet breakfast. Beds and room comfortable. Check in/ out staff very friendly and professional.

There is a wet room type shower, which in itself is fine, but there should be at least a towel mat or cleaning apparatus available to clean water from floor, especially as hotel policy centers around "no unnecessary cleaning". For longer stays, 4 days for us, bathroom cleanliness became compromised. Also there are no coffee/ tea facilities in room, although one could purchase coffee in lobby. No safe facilities or fridge in our room and no hotel safe available either. There are no restaurants in the vicinity, but there is one on site. However be aware that it has very limited choice of dishes and is fairly expensive. Their Caesar salad was particularly mediocre. We used the restaurant only once.

Room was spacious and ok. Breakfast was ok, basic choices to choose from, warm and cold, it is sufficient. Convenient location if traveling with car, a plus is free parking and also close to a tram station.

The floors and room are outdated and needs a fix-up, clearly signs of wear and tear. Doors cloud have more sound proofing, when people walk by the room you can hear them if noise.

For this price tag per night at least a pair of disposable slippers should have been provided. There was a big poster indicating that the room should have a reusable water bottle to fill it with the very good water of Copenhagen but not even a glass was available. The numbering of the rooms was very strange. The 362 was at least 8 rooms away from the room 361 which make it difficult to be located.
